PURPOSE: A performance evaluation equipment for a hydraulic mold oscillator is provided to maintain stable quality by performing performance evaluation on the mold oscillator before applying it to the actual operation, thereby minimizing influence of the mold oscillator on quality and preventing operation stop and delay of maintenance time. CONSTITUTION: In a mold oscillator to lower both sides of which hydraulic servo cylinders(4) are connected so as to oscillate a mold(2) in a vertical direction, the performance evaluation equipment for a hydraulic mold oscillator comprises a position sensor(5) which is installed on the upper part of the mold(2) to detect up, down, left and right positions of the mold(2); a performance evaluation computer(8) monitoring signals per each measuring positions by storing position signals detected in the position sensor(5), instructing control set values, and analyzing mechanical circumstances of each positions by analyzing change of measuring signals for the instruction signals; a PLC part(9) for automatically operating or manually operating a hydraulic facility(10) according to instructions given as a communication in an automatic operation mode for performance evaluation; a DSP(digital signal processing) controller(6) for controlling a servo valve(7) and a hydraulic servo cylinder(4) according to instructions set in the performance evaluation computer(8); and a digital I/O part(11) which is installed between the PLC part(9) and the DSP(digital signal processing) controller(6) to manually operate the performance evaluation computer(8) even when there is something wrong with communication, or the performance evaluation computer(8) is out of order.
