<p>A substrate module for a display device is provided to avoid a transfer defect and damage to a display device by preventing a base substrate from being sagged by a small thickness of the base substrate. A first film layer(20) is formed on one surface of a base substrate(10) to suppress sagging of the base substrate caused by its unladen weight. A second film layer(30) is formed on the other surface confronting the one surface of the base substrate. The base substrate can be a stainless steel substrate. The base substrate can include a first thermal expansion coefficient, and the first film layer can have a second thermal expansion coefficient smaller than the first thermal expansion coefficient.</p> |
