PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To readily attach and remove a panel to and from the inside of a rack frame with a simple operation of a locking bar. SOLUTION: In a cabinet rack for LAN, an inserting hole 8 is formed at a lower end of a rack frame 1, and an engaging pin 9 to be engaged into the inserting hole 8 from above is fixed on the lower end surface of a side panel 2. A holder 10 is fixed at an upper end portion of a pillar 5, and a locking bar 12 is supported by the holder 10 at bent portions 13 of both ends thereof so as to vertically rotate. A receiving tool 14 for receiving the locking bar 12 from the lower side is fixed on the inner surface of the upper end portion of the side panel 2. A mount rail 6 for supporting equipment is vertically provided in the rack frame 1, and the locking bar 2 is stopped at a releasing position by the mount rail 6.
