The assembly for the production of bags, for packaging, has two take-in rollers (25,26) to take a film (3,4) each from their supply rolls (1,2). Both films carry printed markings (12,13) at regular intervals (a,a'). The take-in rollers are pressed against deflection counter rollers (21,22), forming an entry gap (23) for the films. The two films are bonded together by lateral seams at a welding station (35) downstream of the take-in section. A jet (24) blows compressed air into the roller entry gap to tense the films for the welding station. |
