PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out constant irradiation though a height of a lumber 4 to be cut and an operating position are changed. SOLUTION: Several pieces of transparent covers (a viewing window) 30 and an illuminator 35 via a flexible tube 34 which can be transferred and fixed to an optional position by being freely movable and rotatable left and right and up and down, are provided onto a protective cover 26 installed by being conformed to the height of the lumber 4, and irradiation is carried out at a position wherein an operator can easily observe.
