PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the positioning probability at a place hard to receive a satellite radio wave and to offer information for shortening the current supply time at a place where the position can not be measured, to a user. SOLUTION: In the satellite information display apparatus and method equipped with an antenna 1, a signal demodulation part 2, a position calculation part 3, a satellite position calculation part 4, a clock 5, a memory part 6, an input part 7, a display part 8, a power supply part 9, a power supply button 10, a control part 11 and switches 10-13, an azimuth sensor 14 is provided and a sky diagram for calculating the position of a satellite looked from the position of the antenna to display the same is subjected to heading-up display in alignment with the azimuth of the leading end of the display apparatus.
