PURPOSE: A centrifugal separating method for a low fusion point metal spacer from a rotor is provided to effectively and completely separate a low fusion point metal from a rotor by using metal having fusion point lower than die casting material. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method for a die cast rotor(7) with peripheral cooling channel comprises the steps of manufacturing a duct spacer with metal lower than aluminum in fusion point, replacing a portion of core metal and injecting molten metal, and separating low fusion point metal therefrom to manufacture the rotor. The separation is conducted by centrifugal-separating the low fusion point metal from the rotor while rotating and heating the rotor in the temperature between fusion point of aluminum and fusion point of the duct spacer.
