PURPOSE: A home networking management system using a bluetooth is provided to install a bluetooth module to electronic terminals at home, respectively and an another device to an adjacent region to the electronic terminals, thereby performing a smooth communication between the bluetooth module and the device and controlling wholly the electronic appliances. CONSTITUTION: If a wire and a wireless telephones(11,12) are selected as a user side communication devices, a communication company side gateway(14) for charging the communication of the user side wire and wireless telephones is selected. If a PC(13) is selected as a user side communication device, an IP server(15) for charging IP(Internet Protocol) information is selected. A user stays with outside and transmits a series of control signals to the gateway(14) and the IP server(15) etc. by using the wire and wireless telephones(11,12) and PC(13) etc. for controlling the electronic terminals(31) at home. The gateway(14) and the IP server(15) transmit the corresponding control signal to a control signal concentrated unit(20). The unit(20) produces a control signal frequency corresponding to the transmitted control signal and then transmits the signal to bluetooth modules(41) embedded to the electronic terminals(31).
