PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing austenitic stainless steels with good surface quality for hot charge is provided, in which after stripping mold slag from the surface of austenitic stainless steel, the austenitic stainless steel is hot charged into heating furnace. CONSTITUTION: The method includes the steps of striping oxidation film from an austenitic stainless steel slab comprising C 0.08 wt.% or less, Si 1.0 wt.% or less, Mn 2.0 wt.% or less, P 0.040 wt.% or less, S 0.030 wt.% or less, Cr 18.0-20.0 wt.%, Ni 8.0-10.5 wt.%, Mo 3 wt.% or less, a balance of Fe and other inevitable impurities with shot blaster and then charging the austenitic stainless steel slab into heating furnace in the temperature range of 300-600°C.
