PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the burden on a user side without performing control of a program on the user side when various kinds of jobs are performed by utilizing a computer. SOLUTION: An application program stored in a server 2 is transferred to a volatile memory of user equipment in compliance with requests from user equipments 3 to n connected with a communication network 1. A user can perform a data input in the user equipment 3 to n and carry out jobs of the user by using the transferred program. A LAN function can be attained by using a common ID by a plurality of users. As a result, troublesome program controls such as a setup of the program and a version up of the program are not required.
