PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid cleaner composition for hard surface, having satisfactory essential performances as the cleaner, such as foaming properties and detergency, having an enough satisfactory bacteria-eliminating performance, and further excellent in mildness and a finish of the hard surface. SOLUTION: This liquid cleaner composition for hard surface contains (a) an essential oil obtained from tea tree (Leptospermum scoparium), an extract therefrom or a pseudo-composition thereof, (b) a surfactant, and (c) an organic acid or its salt.
