MICROWAVE OVEN

PURPOSE: A microwave oven is provided to simplify the structure, to reduce the production cost and to uniformly cook food by improving the structure of a cavity and removing a driving portion. CONSTITUTION: A microwave oven comprises a cavity(2) to store food; a magnetron(4) to generate microwaves; a waveguide(6) stuck to the cavity to guide the microwaves into the cavity in an inclined state; and a tray(8) put the food by installing on the bottom of the cavity. The cavity is formed in a general shape to uniformly distribute the microwaves to the food on the tray. The waveguide contains an antenna to generate circularly polarized waves and a passage to irradiate microwaves into the cavity. Many recessed portions(10) are formed in the tray. Thereby, a driving portion of a turntable is removed.
