PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic fender capable of reducing part items and working man-hours and reducing costs. SOLUTION: This pneumatic fender comprises a cylindrical bag body 4 formed by laminating inner layer rubber, a fiber reinforced layer and outer layer rubber and has a base 11 in a recessed shape in section made of a metal material fixed only on one side. This base 11 is fixed on its opening side with a support member 12 mounted on a side face of the bag body 4 via a spacer 13 and a fastening member 14 such as a bolt. An air injection valve 16, a relief valve 17 and an air pressure measuring valve 18 are mounted in parallel on a bottom face 11a of the base 11 via a fastening member 19 such as a bolt. A component 15 is a cover plate mounted on an opening side end face of the support member 12.
