PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag capable of neatly and easily taking-out stored contents such as margarine, soybean paste or the like showing a high sticky viscous state, and provide a packaged item storing highly viscous contents therein under utilization of this packaging bag. SOLUTION: There is provided a pillow type packaging bag (20) in which both upper and lower ends of the packaging bag are adhered and sealed at their back-surface (21) while a sealant layer of a complex film (10) comprised of three-layer configuration having a base material film (11), a lateral uniaxis extension plastic film (12) and the sealant layer (13) laminated in sequence is set inside, wherein some short scratches (25) faced in a lateral direction are arranged at the end edges of the adhered back-surface (21).
