PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal device, capable of preventing abnormal lighting in a routed wiring area and superior in display quality, and electronic equipment provided with this liquid crystal. SOLUTION: On the surface of a lower side substrate 11, laid wirings 28 are formed for electrically connecting signal electrodes 18 with a drive circuit 31 arranged in the outside of a sealing material, and an angle formed between the extending direction of the routed wiring 28 positioned at least in the inside of the sealing material and the rubbing direction R of the oriented film, formed on the surface of the lower substrate 11 is set in ranges of 0 to ±25 degrees of ±75 to ±90 degrees. |
