PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reproducing device that reproduces video and audio in omniazimuth by an HMD(Head Mount Display) and a headphone. SOLUTION: The reproducing device is provided with the HMD 45, the headphone 55, and a segmentation circuit 42 that segments a video signal of a video image within a visible range of a viewer from a video signal of a video image surrounding around a viewer over a range of 360-degrees, a sound field conversion circuit 50 that converts a sound image of a sound signal of a sound surrounding around the viewer over a range of 360-degrees reproduced by the headphone 55 into a sound signal to be localized at the outside of the head of the viewer, and a detection means 56 that detects a direction of the head of the viewer. The segmentation circuit 42 supplies the segmented video signal to the HMD 45. The sound field conversion circuit 50 supplies the converted sound signal to the headphone 55. A detection signal from the detection means 56 is used to revise the segmentation of the video signal by the segmentation circuit 42 and the conversion of the sound signal by the sound field conversion circuit 50 with respect to the direction of the head of the viewer. |
