PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give a turning face to support a wall composition member between a holding member and anchor pieces that are connected by a mounting bolt, and by controlling the projection amount of the wall composition member to a face side. SOLUTION: An anchor piece 1 is fixed to the top of the mounting bolt 3. An anchor piece 2 is rotatably held to the mounting bolt 3. Each anchor piece 1, 2 is arranged on the backside through the opening 11 of the wall composition member H. The holding member 4, arranged on the front side of the wall member H, has a cylindrical part 4a and a flange part 4c. The cylindrical part 4a, fittingly pressed into the opening 11, forms a thread part 4b to screw with the mounting bolt 3. The flange 4c is larger than the opening 11 in diameter. When the holding member 4 is tightened, the wall member H is supported between the anchor pieces 1, 2 and the holding member 4. Also, the holding member 4 is integrated with a rotational jig 5 in advance via a weakening part 8, and is tightened by the rotational jig 5 (Fig. 12). Therefore, when a tightening torque acts over a prescribed value, the rotational jig is removed from the holding member 4 since the weakening part 8 is broken.
