FORMING DEVICE OF MUFFLER FOR MOTORCYCLE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A long cylindrical workpiece is supported stably, and is formed into a muffler of an integral type easily without welding. CONSTITUTION: A forming device of a muffler is composed of a main shaft(20) connected with a jig(21). A support(30) is fixed to the main shaft by a fixing ring(32) and a bracket(34), and has the same direction with the jig. A vibration preventing portion(40) is inserted by a muffler body(10), and is mounted with a taper roller bearing. A forming roller(51) is installed in upper part of the vibration preventing portion moving up and down to form rear and front end of the muffler body. A tool die(50) is mounted with a forming roller(51) and a cutting roller(52).
