PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a quick preparation adjustment of a folding machine. SOLUTION: A device for adjusting a knife axis attachment member 113 on a knife axis 112 for the folding machine includes a measurement reference body 110 magnetized as a length scale to detect a position of an indicator 116 functioning as a jig and a detection member 114 of a magnetic field detector relatively movable to the same. Adjustment of the indicator 116, consequently the knife axis adjustment member 113 is supported by automatically detecting a position of the indicator 116 along the measurement reference body 110 with the detection member 114.
