Thus, the air mixed with the powder flowing out from the powder housing chamber 5 is retained in the powder retaining chambers 12 and 14, the force of the air mixed with the powder distributed through the passage 9 of the air mixed with the powder is weakened by the dilution air suction passage 19 and the mixing ratio of the powder included in the air is reduced.
