PURPOSE: A reducer of a planetary gear is provided to reduce the abrasion and noise of teeth of gears and prevent the concentration of load to a linear gear by simultaneously driving the gears in the cycloid shape with rollers pins through the continuous rolling motion. CONSTITUTION: A reducer of a planetary gear includes a linear gear(10) receiving rotation force of a motor, a plurality of planetary gears engaged with the linear gear, a ring gear(30) engaged with the planetary gears(20), a carrier(40) coupled with the planetary gears for power transmission and incorporated in a gear box by a bearing together with the linear gear, wherein the linear gear and the planetary gears are formed in the cycloid tooth shape, and the ring gear is mounted with a plurality of roller pins(31) in insertion grooves(32) formed in the edges of the ring gear by a predetermined interval for the engaged with the inner tooth surface of the planetary gear.
