HAND DISHWASHING COMPOSITION CONTAINING A SUDS SUPPRESSER AND A METHOD OF USE THEREFOR

A hand diswashing composition includes from 0.1% to 90% of a sudsing surfactant, an effective amount of a suds suppresser, and the balance adjunct ingredients. A method for reducing the amount of water used during the rinsing step of a hand dishwashing process includes the steps of providing the hand dishwashing composition described herein, applying it to a dish and washware, wherein after the application step the dish comprises suds thereupon, and rinsing the suds from the dish with water.
