PURPOSE: A bypass apparatus of an intercooler for a vehicle is provided to prevent white smoke by restricting overcooling with mixing high pressure and temperature air and cool air, and to reduce harmful gas and improve fuel efficiency by controlling the air amount. CONSTITUTION: A bypass device of an intercooler for a vehicle is composed of an engine(10); an intake manifold(20) connected to a cylinder to guide mixed air to the cylinder; a turbocharger(41) connected to the intake manifold by a connecting pipe(30) to improve engine output by supplying air to the engine; an intake sensor(50) installed in the side of the intake manifold to detect temperature and pressure of suction air; an ECU(Electronic Control Unit) installed in the vehicle; an air tank(71) storing and supplying compressed air; a solenoid valve(72) regulating air from the air tank according to the signal from the ECU; and a bypass valve(80) installed in the connecting pipe to decide stroke according to output pressure of the solenoid valve and control air flow. White smoke is prevented, and fuel efficiency is improved with regulating the air amount actively.
