PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movable catchment device, which is equipped with a buoyant body and a catchment part which has little variation of torques that the whole device has according to the upper or lower directional position, a smooth up-and-down movement, and a large up-and-down moment range of the assembled body. SOLUTION: In the movable catchment device which is equipped with a buoyant body 12 and a catchment part 13 which is supported by the buoyant body 12, and is configured in such a way that an assembled body of the water catchment part 13 and the buoyant body 12 moves up and down along guide pipes 14, 14 in accordance with rise and fall of the water surface, catchment pipes 19, 20 are constituted of coupling pipes 19-1, 19-2, 20-1, 20-2 connected serially through movable joints 22, 23, and the top and bottom ends of the catchment pipes 19, 20 are connected respectively to the water catchment part 13 and drain pipe through universally joints 24, 25, 26, 17, the catchment pipes 19, 20 are arranged to bend pantographically to opposite directions to each other according to an up-and-down movement of the catchment part 13.
