PURPOSE: Provided is a fluid mixer which uses plural partitions to change flowing channel of fluid continuously and repeats ejection and reverse combination so that it enables to mix fluid perfectly with distributing an adhesion agent uniformly in fluid. CONSTITUTION: In the fluid mixer which includes a housing(42) to form an inflow and an outflow hole(44,46) for providing a channel for passing liquid; and plural partitions which are placed within the housing to move the channel of fluid with including a first partition(50) to form a jet flow and a second partition(52) to mix reversely, the fluid mixer is characterized by changing the flowing channel of fluid passed within the housing and forming eddy current to mix fluid.
