BENZIMIDAZOL DERIVATIVE AND PHARMACEUTICALLY ACCEPTABLE SALTS THEREOF

PURPOSE: A benzimidazol derivative and its pharmaceutically acceptable salts are provided, thereby inhibiting phosphodiesterase IV or tumor necrosis factor(TNF), and treating diseases associated with phosphodiesterase IV or tumor necrosis factor(TNF). CONSTITUTION: The benzimidazol derivative represented by formula(1) and its pharmaceutically acceptable salts are provided. In the formula(1), R1 is methyl, ethyl, difluoromethyl or trifluoromethyl; R2 is (C1-C7)alkyl or (C3-C7)cycloalkyl; R3 is -CH=NR4 or -CH(CN)R5 wherein R4 is N containing (C2-C5)heteroaryl, N containing (C2-C5)heterocycloalkyl, N(C=X)NR6 or N(CH2)nCOR7 in which n is 0 to 5; R6 is hydrogen, (C1-C6)alkyl, (C3-C6)aryl, -(CH2)nCOR7, -(CH2)nCONH2 or -(CH2)nR8 in which n is 0 to 5; R7 is -OH or -OR1; R8 is (C3-C6)aryl or (C3-C6)cycloalkyl; and X is carbon, nitrogen, oxygen or sulfur.
