PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger, effecting heat exchange efficiently and capable of sterilizing upon circulating and cleaning hot-water in a bathtub. SOLUTION: A tubular body 3 for heat exchange and an ultraviolet ray sterilizing lamp 4 are provided in a tubular main body 2 having an introducing port 5 and a discharging port 6 of a fluid to be treated, to constitute the heat exchanger 1.
