PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exposure preventing method for a water collecting pipe for a construction method for measures against coastal erosion, which is capable of permanently maintaining the function of the collecting pipe by reliably preventing the lift, movement and exposure of the collecting pipe due to scouring caused by ocean waves and liquefaction in particular. SOLUTION: The water collecting pipe 1 for the construction method for the measures against the coastal erosion is pressed from above downward for burial by a fixing member 5. Plural strings or belts 5a, serving as the fixing members 5 for the collecting pipe 1 while having weights 5b at both ends, are installed on the collecting pipe 1 in such a manner that the weights 5b are distributed at both sides of the collecting pipe 1.
