<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reservoir-type hot water supply unit which is economical and can surely prevent the shortage of hot water. SOLUTION: In a reservoir-type hot water supply unit which has a heating means 110, a hot water reservoir tank 120, and a quantity-of-hot-water detecting means 130, and reserves warm water within the hot water reservoir tank 120, the control means 140 operates the heating means 110 to perform a specified quantity of increase of boiling when the quantity of reserved hot water detected by the quantity-of-hot-water detection means 130 falls under the set value of the predetermined lowest quantity of reserved hot water, and also it compares the quantity of reserved hot water within the hot water reservoir tank 120 with the set value of the lowest quantity of reserved hot water, and increases or decreases the set value of the lowest reserved hot water, according to the comparison results. To be concrete, in case that the quantity of reserved hot water falls under the set value of the lowest quantity of reserved hot water, it increases the set value of this lowest quantity of reserved hot water by the amount of a specified value, and in case that it does not fall under the set value for a specified period, it decreases the set value of this lowest quantity of reserved hot water by the amount of a specified value.</p> |
