PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intake duct for a vehicle made correspond to various three-dimensional shapes, allowing the shape of the tip on the air open side to easily correspond to the funnel shape, and having a silencer simple in securing the space. SOLUTION: A pair of half parts 1a, 1b are half semi-cylindrical bodies longitudinally divided in two parts in the axial direction of a duct which are formed like a trough having a hollow chamber 10 by blow molding, and provided with a hole 13 communicating with the hollow chamber 10 in a designated position on the inner peripheral wall side 11 of each semi-cylindrical body. Both side edges 14 of the half parts are joined to be integrated with each other, thereby forming an air passage 5 inside and forming the silencer 4 on the outer peripheral part.
