PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treating method and a treatment equipment capable of satisfactorily converting organic chemicals such as agrochemicals into nontoxic substances. SOLUTION: Organic chemicals such as agrochemicals are decomposed and treated by a hydrothermal reaction under a subcritical water condition or a supercritical water condition.
