PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a seamless capsule for satisfying all process standards of a sphericity, a diameter of eyes, the degree of eccentricity or the like without S-shaped damage on a surface of the capsule of a spherical shape obtained by covering a filling substance such as a pharmaceutical or the like with a film substance of a gelatin or the like. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the seamless capsule comprises the steps of disposing the distal ends of concentric multiple nozzles downward above a liquid level of a curing liquid, submerging a concentric columnar combined liquid flow made of the filling substance and its outside film substance flowing from the nozzles in the curing liquid, and cutting the combined liquid flow in the curing liquid into pieces to form liquid droplets. The film substance of the droplets is cured by the curing liquid. Thus, the seamless capsule is formed. Since this is not a method for dropping the liquid droplets to the curing liquid, no deformation occurs at the droplets due to a collision with the liquid surface. Since the distal ends of the nozzles are disposed above the liquid level of the curing liquid, a moisture contained in the curing liquid is adhered to the surface of the nozzle, and hence the moisture is not invaded into the liquid flow. |
