End faces of the wheels are provided with concentrically arranged abrasive and nonabrasive areas. Abrasive areas on the end faces of the wheels are of variable width. Width of arbitrary abrasive areas and feed amount are defined from formulas. Each abrasive area is uniformly loaded due to constant amount of metal per each grain.
