PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiple dwelling house monitor communication system where a terminal such as a lobby interphone can enter an actual building number and display it in spite of a limit of a building number able to be processed by an alarm monitor panel. SOLUTION: In the multiple dwelling house monitor communication system where at least a terminal 2 and also a house information panel 3 in each house are connected to the alarm monitor panel 1, the terminal 2 is provided with a building number conversion table that mutually converts between a house display building number and a management building number, mutually converts between the display building number and the management building number on the basis of the building number conversion table and uses house information including the converted building number to conduct a prescribed processing.
