PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost semiconductor laser array made up of a plurality of semiconductor laser elements with different oscillation wavelengths from each other. SOLUTION: The semiconductor laser array 10 includes a plurality of optical waveguides WG1 to WG8, each functioning as a semiconductor laser element, and a diffracting grating 8 for operating the light guided by each optical waveguide WG1 to WG8 and controlling the oscillating wavelength. A diffracting grating 8 with a given cycle for operating all the light guided by the plurality of optical waveguides WG1 to WG8 is formed while the optical waveguides WG1 to WG8 having a part in shape with different angles from each other with respect to the diffracting grating 8 are provided. |
