OUTPUT DATA DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an output data distribution system which enables efficient distribution of data by reducing data size, shortening electronic transmission time and relieving a load of a network in the case of distribution through applying resolution conversion and compression conversion to layout data according to a purpose of proofreading, further has a safe function to prevent erroneous distribution even when pieces of layout data with the same contents having plural kinds of resolution and compression rate coexist and relation between an address and the data of the distribution is complicated and enables relief of a work load as well. SOLUTION: This output data distribution system of remote-proof to output laid out image data at a remote place is provided with (a) an image processing means to perform processing (the resolution conversion and compression) of image data according to proofreading use and (b) a distribution means to distribute the processed image data to a printer or a computer at an output destination of the remote place.
