A telescope steering system is provided that the adjusting bolt pass through the outer tube of specification. A telescope steering system comprises an outer tube in which the inner tube is inserted to inside and the slot hole is formed in the outer circumference, a ring bolt(310), a distance housing(410) in which the first penetration hole and the second penetration hole are built up. The ring bolt includes a body portion which surrounds the outer tube and first and second connecting part respectively formed in both sides of the body portion.
