PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a insulated fixing method of a first component to a second one for simplifying insulating fixing. SOLUTION: A screw hole is formed in the second component, an insulating member-mounting hole for mounting an insulating member is formed in the first component, the insulating member comprises a pair of disk-like sections and a interlock section for interlocking between center sections at the disk-like sections, a screw insertion hole for passing through both the disk-like sections and interlock one is formed in the insulating member, the insulating member- mounting hole of the first component has an insulating member engagement section for engaging and fixing the interlock section of the insulating member, and a screw inserted into the insulating member is screwed into the screw hole of the second component while the insulating member is inserted into the insulating member-mounting hole of the first component and at the same time the interlock section of the insulating member is being engaged and fixed to the insulating member engagement section of the insulating member-mounting hole, thus insulating and fixing the first component made of a conductive plate to the conductive second component.
