PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide combustion equipment, in which setup of burner-port parts is facilitated, and fuel-gas leakage hardly occurs by improving kerosene-burning equipment having a constitution of burner-ports distributed in a planar shape. SOLUTION: The part of burner ports is constituted of a burner-port base 200, a network member 201, a burner-port member 202 and a burner-holder 203. In the burner-port base 200, channel-like opening 210 for releasing gas, and channel-like opening 211 for releasing secondary air are alternately provided. The network member 201 and the burner-port member 202 respectively have the same area as the base 200, and provided with a plurality of rows of reversed channels 215 and 217. The channels 215 and 217 are fit to all the rows of channel-like opening 211 for releasing the secondary air and jointed to each other to form a planar structure. The network member 201 and the burner-port member 202 are attached by caulking a protrusion 213 to the base 200.
