PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively improve cleaning performance of a shaft end part with the simple constitution. SOLUTION: First and second cleaning liquid passages 38 and 42 are arranged in a central part of first and second shafts 22 and 28, and first and second cleaning chambers 46 and 48 are oppositely arranged to end parts 22a and 28a of the first and second shafts 22 and 28. First supply passages 50a to 50d and second supply passages 58a to 58d are arranged so as to expansively open in a radial shape toward the outside edge side of the first and second cleaning chambers 46 and 48, and the end parts 22a and 28a can be smoothly and surely cleaned.
