SUBSTANCE: electrolyte solution 5 M K2CO3 is placed in membrane electrolyzer and electrolysis is performed at temperature of 0 to 10 C. Solutions obtained during electrolysis which contain H2O2 and partially hydrolyzed potassium peroxydicarbonate are mixed and are directed for crystallization. In crystallizer, solution 0.5-1 M of carbon dioxide solution is bubbled through solution. As a result, sediment is obtained which contains 12.2 to 12.4 mass-% of active oxygen. Sediment is washed with water for removal of admixtures; ratio of water and sediment ranges from 2.5:1 to 1:1; washing is effected at 0 to 10C. Potassium peroxydicarbonate free of admixtures contains 16/1 mass-% of active oxygen. EFFECT: reduction of power requirements for synthesis of 1 kg of product by 2 to 3 times. 2 tbl |
