PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent management work from being concentrated to a manager and to plan a work schedule while utilizing the priority matched to the real situation from the standpoint of a worker. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a work managing server 101 having a work database 102 for holding work information such as the number of days required for work, progress conditions, the name of person in charge and the pre-stage and post-stage relation of work, charged work extracting part 106 for extracting the list of work to be imposed on each worker from the work database, progress condition updating part 110 for updating the progress conditions of work, work schedule arrival date updating part 111 for predicting the arrival date, when the work schedule arrives at the person in charge, limit check part 113 for checking whether or not the estimated date to complete work exceeds a limit, communication control part 114 for sending a message to the related worker when updating the estimated arrival date and the prompts number updating part 112 for updating the number of prompts of the preceding work while receiving a prompt message, and a client 104 for worker having a work list part 119 for displaying the priority of work with the number of prompts from the other worker. |
