PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable high-speed forward and backward movement, shorten the forward and backward movement cycle time, and lessen a difference in load applied to a pair of driving sources. SOLUTION: A mover 3 related to a first arm 18 and a mover 4 related to a second arm 21 are moved to reciprocate along a pair of right and left rectilinear moving guides 40, 41. The driving source is formed by a pair of right and left linear servo motors 50, 51. One linear servo motor 50 is provided with a guide 50A fitted to the top face of a base plate 1, a number of permanent magnets 50B etc., fitted opposite to the inside of the guide 50A, and an armature 50C interposed between the permanent magnets 50B etc. The other linear servo motor 51 is provided with a guide 51A fitted to the top of the base plate 1, a number of permanent magnets 51B etc., fitted opposite to the inside of the guide 51A, and an armature 51 interposed between the permanent magnets 51B, etc.
