<p>The optical disc has a flat thin rectangular substrate (1) the same size as a conventional credit card, with a circular optical storage area (2) toward one end. An adaptor (5), with the same outer dimensions as a conventional CD, has a recess (6) on the top surface to accept the card, positioning the card so that the optical storage area has its center immediately above the CD drive spindle.</p> |
