PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a customer to suspend a transaction to prevent the operation by another person after starting the transaction and also to execute the transaction from the rest of the suspended transaction when releasing the suspension. SOLUTION: In this consumer transaction facility to be operated by the customer to perform various transactions, a suspension key for suspending the transaction is displayed in each operation screen. When the customer presses the suspension key and inputs an optional figure, the transaction is suspended. When the customer thereafter inputs a figure, the inputted figure is collated to the figure inputted in the suspension processing, and when it is determined to be the same figure, the suspension state is released. |
