ORGANIC ELECTRO LUMINESCENT DEVICE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An organic electro luminescent device is provided to operate normally by forming the organic electro luminescent device on a transparent resin substrate without forming temperature of transparent electrodes. CONSTITUTION: An organic electro luminescent device comprises a first conductive pattern(200) and a second conductive pattern(300) of aluminum thin film on a transparent resin substrate(100). The first conductive pattern(200) is formed at the area from an active area A of the resin substrate(100) to an anode lead area B. The first conductive pattern(200) includes anode electrodes(210) in the active area A and anode leads(220) in the anode lead area B. The second conductive pattern(300) for cathode leads is perpendicular to the direction of the anode leads(220). A conductive adhesion layer(400) of a matrix is formed on each anode electrode(210). An organic electro luminescent layer(500) is formed on the conductive adhesion layer(400) to have its area as same as the conductive adhesion layer(400).
