PURPOSE: A vehicle tire burglary preventing device is provided to form a shape of a tire mounting element not to be detached by a general hexagonal wrench, thereby preventing the tire burglary. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle tire burglary preventing device includes a cover(1) disposed in a peripheral direction of a tire rim(11) and having a plurality of bolt shaft receiving parts(3) for receiving a plurality of bolt shafts protruded along a rim when a tire(10) is mounted and a center hole(4) formed in the center of the bolt shaft receiving parts, and a mounting element(2) coupled into a screw hole formed in a disc wheel by passing the center hole of the cover and having a head of a predetermined shape.
