<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome the problem of a conventional image distribution system that cannot have sufficiently coped with many photographing angle revision requests. SOLUTION: The system can distribute an image photographed by a TV camera to a mobile communication terminal through the Internet. The mobile communication terminal can revise the photographing angle of the TV camera. A server is provided with a memory that can store the image having been distributed to the mobile communication terminal, the server discriminates whether the image photographed by the same angle as the photographing angle requested by the mobile communication terminal is stored in the memory, and when stored, the server distributes the image to the mobile communication terminal, and only when not stored, the server allows the TV camera to change the photographing angle. The server distributes the image data with a format and a capacity predetermined for each type of the mobile communication terminals to the mobile communication terminal.</p> |
