PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for managing number of sheets for printing capable of inexpensively constructing the limit and management of the number of printing, and making it hard to have any effect on performance on an operation in a large-scaled system. SOLUTION: This system for managing the number of sheets for printing is provided with a printed result recording means (a file group 11) for previously registering the limited number of sheets for printing for each user, and additionally integrating and recording the already executed number of sheets for printing of user designation corresponding to the job whose print-output is ended and a printing non-execution control means (a number of sheets for printing management process 12) for retrieving the already executed number of sheets for printing of the user who wants to print from the printed result recording means, and controlling the non-execution of printing when the already executed number of sheets for printing of the user who wants to print is beyond the limited number of sheets for printing. |
