PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve flexibility in design of relational constitution of a car body to a wheel, and to easily mold the car body around the wheel even in such a case. SOLUTION: A lower end edge 9a of a part 23 of a side outer panel 9 positioned at the same position as the wheel 4 in a forward-rearward direction of the car body 2 is bent along the inside of the car body to form an inward flange 13. An outer side end edge 11a of a wheel house panel 11 on the outer side of the car body 2 is positioned above and close to the inward flange 13. A slit 25 is formed between the lower end edge 9a of the part 23 of the side outer panel 9 and the outer side end edge 11a of the wheel house panel 11. Binding agent 26 is provided to couple the lower end edge 9a of the part 23 of the side outer panel 9 with the outer side end edge 11a of the wheel house panel 11 to be filled in the slit 25.
